Anti-tumor compositions are provided to improve anti-tumor effects and inhibit problems of photodynamic treatment caused by directly serving the photosensitizer and light source to the tumor tissue by using photodynamically treated tumor cell dissolved mixture and immunoadjuvant. An anti-tumor composition comprises the photodynamically treated tumor cell dissolved mixture and immunoadjuvant selected from CpG-ODN(CpG- oligodeoxynucleotide), interferon, interleukin and cyclosporine A, wherein the photodynamic treatment is performed by treating the tumor cell with 3-7 mug/ml of a photosensitizer selected from hematoporphyrin(HpD), photogem, tin etiopurpurin(SnET2), mono-1-aspartyl chlorine e6(NPe6), benzoporphyrin derivative(BPD), meso-tetra-(hydroxyphenyl) chlorine(mTHPC), 5-amino levulinic acid(ALA), 5-ALA-induced protoporphyrin IX, radachlorin, ALPcS4(aluminum tetrasulfophthalocyanine) and TPPS(meso-tetra (sulfonatophenyl) porphyrin), or irradiating 10-60 J/cm^2 of light source to the tumor cell; and the photodynamically treated tumor cell dissolved mixture is obtained by centrifuging the photodynamically treated tumor cell and collecting the supernatant.본 발명은 광역학적 처리를 한 종양 세포 용해물 및 CpG-ODN, 인터페론, 인터루킨 또는 사이클로스포린 A에서 하나 이상 선택되는 면역 보조제를 포함하는 항종양 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항종양 조성물은 광역학적 처리를 한 종양세포 용해물 또는 면역 보조제를 각각 사용한 경우보다 항종양 효과가 우수하며, 다양한 면역 관련 물질의 발현을 증가시키고, 개체에 보다 안정적으로 사용될 수 있다.
