The present invention provides a specific protein composition and a method for using the same. The composition is mainly a mixture of human rabies immunoglobulin (HRIG) and human tetanus immunoglobulin (HTIG), wherein the HRIG has an antibody tilter of 20 IU/ml or more, and the HTIG has an antibody tilter of 20 IU/ml or more, and the tilter ratio of HRIG to HTIG is 2.5:1. The method of using the composition comprises timely and completely cleaning the wound； first injecting subcutaneously a half of the specific protein composition around the injured area； injecting intramuscularly the remaining half of the composition mainly for preventing rabies and tetanus due to bit or scratch of a rabid dog or aother crazy animal, wherein the injection dose is 10-40IU/kg for HRIG, and 4-40IU/kg for HTIG.La présente invention concerne une composition de protéine spécifique et son procédé d'utilisation. La composition est principalement un mélange d'immunoglobuline antirabique humaine (HRIG) et d'immunoglobuline antitétanique humaine (HTIG), la HRIG ayant un titre d'anticorps de 20 IU/ml ou plus, et la HTIG ayant un titre d'anticorps de 20 IU/ml ou plus, et le rapport de titre HRIG/HTIG étant de 2,5:1. Le procédé d'utilisation de la composition consiste à nettoyer la plaie de manière opportune et complète ； à injecter d'abord par voie sous-cutanée une moitié de la composition de protéine spécifique autour de la zone lésée ； à injecter par voie intramusculaire la moitié restante de la composition principalement pour prévenir la rage et le tétanos en raison d'une morsure ou égratignure d'un chien atteint de la rage ou d'un autre animal fou, la dose d'injection étant 10-40 IU/kg pour HRIG et 4-40 IU/kg pour HTIG.
