The present invention relates to a new class of compounds, namely lipopeptide-like Pam3CSK4, immunogenic compositions and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, and methods of using such compounds for the treatment or prevention of diseases or disorders associated with Toll-like receptor 2 .
