A method for elimination of bleeding from unresectable gastric tumor by surgery under general anesthesia. The surgical intervention is performed by thoracoabdominal oblique dissection with standard surgical instruments, starting from the middle section of under-inguinal area from the left at the sixth intercostal space and continuing to the navel. Visually and palpable abdominal examination is performed, identifying non-resectable tumors and the ability to bypass of overlay esophageal-intestinal anastomosis. The large gland is mobilised with preservation of digestion, the incision is made by standard surgical instruments above the stomach tumors in unaffected area. The purse-string suture is imposed to the incision and the stomach cavity is tightly tamponated with greater omentum of the bleeding tumor, filling all available space to the esophagus. The purse-string suture is tighten around the feed omentum leg for sealing the opening and additional layer of node sero-stuffing sutured is imposed. The esophageal-intestinal bypass anastomosis is formed between the lower third of the esophagus and small intestine with double layer interrupted stitch "side to side" to restore passage through the intestinal tract and layer-by-layer sutures are imposed on thoracoabdominal wound with additional fixation of intercostal areas.Спосіб усунення кровотечі з нерезектабельної пухлини шлунка шляхом оперативного втручання під загальною анестезією. Оперативне втручання виконують торакоабдомінальним косим розтином за допомогою стандартних хірургічних інструментів, починаючи із середньої підпахової ділянки зліва на рівні шостого міжреберя та продовжуючи до пупка. Візуально-пальпаторно здійснюють ревізію черевної порожнини, визначаючи нерезектабельність пухлини і можливість накладання обхідного стравохідно-тонкокишкового анастомозу. Мобілізують великий сальник із збереженням травлення, виконують стандартними хірургічними інструментами розріз стінки шлунка вище пухлини на неураженій ділянц
