A system for generating and infusion administration of radiopharmaceuticals, comprising: an eluant reservoir, a pump connected to the reservoir, an infusion piping diagram, a radioisotope generator, an activity detector, a waste vessel, a computer and a computer interface; wherein the pipeline infusion scheme comprises a pipeline for an eluant connected to a pump and a radioisotope generator, and a pipeline for an eluate connected to a radioisotope generator, an activity detector, and a waste vessel; and the computer is connected to a computer interface, a pump and an activity detector and is pre-programmed to: drive a pump to pump the volume of eluant from the tank through the eluant pipe and through the radioisotope generator to create a sample or dose of eluate in the eluate pipe by elution inside the radioisotope generator moreover, each sample is intended for measurement for the purpose of quality control, and each dose is intended for diagnostic imaging; providing indications, through tion computer interface that each elution is completed as soon as the pump is pumping ends of each volume of eluent through the radioisotope generator; and providing indications, through the computer interface, of the time interval from the moment when each elution is completed. 2.
