PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting panel preventing a plant from falling down from a wall surface by the weight of the plant and from peeling off from a base on which the plant is planted.SOLUTION: This planting panel 10 is made of a panel 12 which is formed with an opening part 16. A pocket 14 to receive the roots of a plant 50 is set around the opening part 16. As a result of this, the pocket 14 receives soil 48 necessary to raise the roots of the plant 50 when attaching the planting panel 10 to a wall surface 24, so the plant 50 excellently grows. Furthermore, the pocket 14 receives the self weight of the plant 50, so the plant 50 is free from falling down from the planting panel 10 even after growing, and from peeling off from the planting panel 10 through being hit by the wind. The roots of the plant 50 planted in the pocket 14 invade from the opening part 16 into the reverse of the planting panel 10.
