PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette arrangement guide mechanism for a dispenser attaining work efficiency by simultaneously operating dispensing facilities provided for every cassette shelf when there are a plurality of cassette shelves.SOLUTION: The dispenser 1 includes a plurality of cassette shelves each provided with a plurality of cassettes filled with medicine and lined up.
