The present invention relates to a composition for treating liver disease, which comprises a conditioned medium in which hepatocytes differentiated from human embryonic stem cells are cultured. According to the present invention, the conditional medium of human embryonic stem cell-derived hepatocytes includes proteins secreted by human embryonic stem cell-derived hepatocytes, and many of these proteins include substances that are directly or indirectly involved in the recovery of damaged liver.
