A pharmaceutical combination in the bilayer tablet form of immediate release comprising: i) a first layer containing between 1.0% and 6.0% w/w of ketorolac tromethamine； ii) a second layer containing between 4.0% and 11.0% w/w of tramadol hydrochloride； and iii) an optional coating that does not modify the release of the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
