PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing polyimide resin composition for coating, which can provide a coating member with mechanical strength, a low friction property, an antithrombotic property and a property of preventing attachment of biological materials (for example proteins) thereto, and to provide a film and a coating film obtained from the resin composition.SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing polyimide resin composition for coating where a baked film obtained from the composition has a contact angle of 70° or larger, an imidization ratio of 20% or higher and a fluorine content of 1-60 mass%. The film or the coating film is obtained by chemically or thermally imidizing the fluorine-containing polyimide resin composition for coating.
