PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user of a wheelchair to attach/detach the wheelchair to/from a floor surface by himself/herself.SOLUTION: Lock bars STK_L and STK_R arranged in a wheelchair 20 are respectively displaceable in a vertical direction and in a direction around center axes while allowing the center axes to keep vertically extending postures. Lock tools FEG_L and FEG_R are respectively arranged at multiple positions on a floor surface of a welfare vehicle in response to position relation between the lock bards STK_L and STK_R when viewing the wheelchair 20 from above in order to fix the wheelchair 20 to the floor surface.
