PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for displaying an image, which can adequately display a plurality of images acquired about one place in a living body.SOLUTION: An apparatus for displaying an image includes: a display part 22 which displays a tomographic image included in a tomographic image group and a phase image included in a phase image group, synchronizing the tomographic image and the phase image by using the time made to correspond to them, and displays a blood flow image showing a plurality of blood flow information, out of the blood flow information included in a blood flow information group, which is made to correspond to the time in a period including the time made to correspond to the tomographic image and the phase image on display, and a change operation receiving part 18 which receives a change operation for changing a display for anyone of the tomographic image, the phase image and the blood flow image which the display part 22 display. The display part 22 performs a change being the same as a change which corresponds to the change operation, for the tomographic image, the phase image and the blood flow image which the display part 22 display.
