PURPOSE: A ginseng polysaccharides material and a producing method thereof are provided to use the activity search of acidic polysaccharides separated from red ginseng marc. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a ginseng polysaccharide material comprises the following steps: decolorizing red ginseng marc； extracting the decolorized red ginseng marc； separating acidic polysaccharides from red ginseng marc； and obtaining the ginseng polysaccharide material from the acidic polysaccharides. The obtained ginseng polysaccharide material is capable of being applied to food or cosmetic products.본 발명은 홍삼박으로부터 면역조절 효과를 지닌 인삼다당체 소재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 홍삼박을 탈색시킨 후 탄수화물을 추출하고, 이로부터 산성다당체를 분리하여 면역조절 효과를 지닌 인삼다당체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 홍삼추출 후의 부산물인 홍삼박으로부터 인삼다당체를 제조함으로서, 면역조절 효과를 지닌 건강기능식품 및 화장품 등에 이용할 수 있다.
