The invention relates to a face mask including a body adapted to fit over at least a part of the face of a user, wherein the body has at least a top side, a bottom side and a plane of reference extending in a vertical direction from the top side to the bottom side； at least one protrusion for contacting the face of the user, which at least one protrusion is arranged at the body； a vibration mechanism arranged in vibrating contact to the body, wherein the vibrations of the vibration means are transmitted by the body to the at least one protrusion； and a securing mechanism arranged to the body for securing the body to the face of the user.
