A terminal system obtains biological information of a user, and transmits, to a server system, transmission information that includes at least one of: the biological information； and health information that is related to a health or a body of the user and is obtained from the biological information. The server system stores, as storage information, the transmission information received from each terminal system and/or information obtained from the transmission information, such that the transmission information and/or the information obtained from the transmission information are associated with the user. Further, the server system stores a condition related to generation of provision information to be provided to the user in order to improve an index obtained from the storage information or an index included in the storage information. The provision information is generated based on the storage information and the condition, and transmitted to a terminal of the user. The server system performs analysis of the transmission information which is related to a plurality of users who have been provided with the provision information, and which is obtained after the provision information has been provided, and updates the condition based on a result of the analysis.
