The elongated handle includes a first portion and a second portion detachably connected with each other. Each of the first portion and the second portion has a cavity formed there-within. A resilient element, made of a resilient material, has a first edge disposed within the cavity of the first portion and a second edge disposed within the cavity of the second portion. The resilient element, in an in-operative configuration, is linearly disposed within the first portion and the second portion, thereby defining the operative configuration of the toothbrush.
