PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of composite sheets capable of efficiently manufacturing the composite sheets.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 100 includes: a first roll 11 having a recessed/projecting peripheral surface； a second roll 12 disposed to face the peripheral surface of the first roll 11 and having a recessed/projecting peripheral surface configured to be engaged with the recessed/projecting shape of the first roll 11； and an anvil roll 13 disposed to face the peripheral surface of the first roll 11 and coming into contact with the peripheral surface of the first roll 11. The first roll 11 is formed into a roll shape by assembling a plurality of first roll gears 111 each having a plurality of teeth 111a on the peripheral surface； first roll spacers 112 having a smaller addendum circle diameter than that of the first roll gear 111； and bearer rings 113 having a same diameter with the addendum circle diameter of the gear 111, and concentrically attaching them together.
