PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate opening/closing of a battery cover and improve a waterproof property by accurately retaining a mating surface of a cover opening/closing edge on a sliding surface in an electric wheelchair.SOLUTION: A cover edge 17 of a battery cover 16 including an integrally-molded claw piece 21 is facingly moved close to an opening inner peripheral edge 22 of a side cover 40, and the claw piece 21 projecting from the cover edge 17 of the battery cover 16 is positioned by inserting it in a socket groove 23 disposed on the opening inner peripheral edge 22 of the side cover 40 so as to close it such that a lateral surface of the side cover 40 and a lateral surface of the battery cover 16 are aligned on a substantially same plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】電動車椅子において、バッテリカバーの開閉を行い易くし、カバー開閉縁部の合わせ目を正確に、滑面に維持して、防水性を高める。【解決手段】爪片２１を一体成形したバッテリカバー１６のカバー縁１７を、サイドカバー部４０の開口内周縁２２部に対向接近させて、このバッテリカバー１６のカバー縁１７から突出する爪片２１を、サイドカバー部４０の開口内周縁２２に配置形成のソケット溝２３に差込んで位置決めさせて、サイドカバー部４０の外側面と、バッテリカバー１６の外側面とが略同一面に揃う形態となるよう閉鎖させる。【選択図】図１
