PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip allowing a user to easily and stably grip a bait reel together with a reel sheet.SOLUTION: A grip 10 includes a core member 16 to be mounted on a fishing rod, a grip body 17, and a fixing nut 18. The grip body 17 is engaged with the core member 16. The grip body 17 takes on a cylindrical state and has a main circular part 27 and a swelling out part 28. The swelling out part 28 is continuous with the main circular part 27 and swells outward in a diameter direction thereof. The swelling out part 28 stably comes into contact with the hypothenar of an angler when the angler grips the bait reel and the fishing rod. A spline 23 is formed in the core member 16, and a projection 35 is formed in the main circular part 27.
