PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drowsiness calculation device capable of accurately calculating drowsiness.SOLUTION: Physiological drowsiness Sp of a user is calculated by a drowsiness calculation part 5 based on a difference between the users heart rate HR and a drowsiness reference heart rate HR_ref, and an integration element Si of the physiological drowsiness Sp is calculated. Furthermore, a differential element Sd of the physiological drowsiness Sp is calculated.
