Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób określania ryzyka raka, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje ocenę stężenia selenu w próbce biologicznej badanego mężczyzny, przy czym stężenie selenu wskazuje znacząco obniżone ryzyko rozwoju raków przy stężeniu w surowicy ? 85 µg/l (lub stężeniu w dowolnym materiale biologicznym odpowiadającym powyższemu stężeniu w surowicy).
