Disclosed is a safe blood sampling needle, comprising a needle base (2), a needle sleeve (5), a needle head (6), a sliding part (1), a handle (7) and limiting mechanisms. The needle base (2) is cylindrical. One end of the needle base (2) is fixed and in communication with the needle head (6), and the other end is provided with a port connected with an external conveying pipe. The sliding part (1) is shaped like a cylinder with two open ends and is movably arranged on the needle base (2) in a sleeved mode. The length, in the moving direction, of the sliding part (1) is larger than that of the needle head (6). The length, in the axial direction, of the needle base (2) is larger than that of the needle head (6). The limiting mechanisms are arranged on the sliding part (1) and the needle base (2). The handle (7) is adjacent to the needle base (2) and is fixed to the sliding part (1). The sliding part (1) is provided with a protecting cover (4). The sliding part (1) and the protecting cover (4) are fixed. A joint part between the protecting cover (4) and the sliding part (1) is smooth.
