FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: first option of the implant for spinal expansion canal comprises an upper portion, a lower portion and an inner member. Both the upper portion and the lower portion have an internal hole. The inner member is adapted to communicate with the swivel joint at each end. Each swivel joint is adapted to cooperate with the corresponding upper or lower portion in the said inner bore. Inner member movement with respect to the upper and/or the lower portion by turning one or both swivel joints provides displacement of the upper portion in the direction from the lower portion near the vertebral cut to expand the said vertebral cut and provide an extension of the said spinal canal. Rotation of these joints during displacement provides an angular deviation of the inner member with respect to the longitudinal axis of the implant to conform to the changing shape of vertebra during vertebral cut expansion. The second option of the implant for spinal expansion canal comprises an upper portion, a lower portion and a rod-shaped inner member. Both the upper portion and the lower portion have an internal hole. The upper portion contains an expanded inner hole at its proximal portion and a narrow inner hole at its distal portion. The rod-shaped inner member has convex ends adapted to rotate in the corresponding inner hole of the upper and lower portions. One convex end is fixed with a possibility of rotation in the lower part and the other convex end retained with a possibility of sliding and rotation in the upper portion. Moving of the convex end in the upper portion displaces the upper portion in the directio from the lower portion near the vertebral cut to expand the said vertebral cut and provide an expansion of the spinal canal. Rotation of the inner member convex ends during displacement provides angular deviation of the inner member with respect to the longitudinal axis of the implant to conform to the naturally occurring vertebra lateral shift during ver
