Each blade arm 16 is 5 configured to generate aerodynamic lift when rotated at high speed during operation to lessen the load supported by a user. Each blade arm 16 has operatively upper and operatively lower major surfaces, and a leading edge and trailing edge relative to rotation of the blade. Each blade arm 16 is twisted so the leading edge is raised relative to the trailing edge and the arm 16 inclines 10 downward across its width for generating aerodynamic lift.
