PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure hemostatic apparatus that can visually confirm the speed of decompression.SOLUTION: The pressure hemostatic apparatus includes a pressure bag 1, an airtight container 40 containing a liquid 19 that communicates with a flow adjustment valve 13, and the lower part of the liquid communicates with a tube coming from the pressure bag 1. Air leaked from the pressure bag 1 becomes bubbles and floats upward through the liquid of airtight container 40.
