PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electric vehicle capable of securing a splash guard function for front wheels and securing a visual field of the front lower part of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: The small electric vehicle includes: a floor light 22 located between right and left front wheels 12 and 12 in the front lower part 21 of the vehicle body 11 for illuminating the front lower part of the vehicle body and right and left front fenders 23 and 23 for covering the rear upper parts of the right and left front wheels 12 and 12 respectively. The right and left front fenders 23 and 23 are composed of transparent or translucent materials. As the floor light is provided in the front lower part of the vehicle body and is close to the front lower part of the vehicle body, the front lower part of the vehicle body can be brightly illuminated and the visibility is improved.
