PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cassette for treating medical fluid, including air suction means for a coupling surface with a blood treatment device.SOLUTION: A medical cassette comprising a hard part 20 with a fluid-conducting channel 21 covered by a flexible film is coupled to a treatment device. During a coupling process and/or with the cassette coupled to the device, an air guide layer 30 is provided between the flexible film 25 and the coupling surface.
