PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anterior ocular segment cross section image analysis system and an anterior ocular segment cross section image photographing device, capable of reducing variation of values of an AOD and a TISA generated in an examiner or between examiners, and capable of obtaining and displaying more proper values of the AOD and the TISA.SOLUTION: An anterior ocular segment cross section image analyzer sets a plurality of points on the cornea rear face within a range of a prescribed distance (e.g. 80 &mum) along the cornea rear face on the basis of a point distance by a prescribed distance (500 &mum or 750 &mum)along the cornea rear face from the scleral spur (SS) designated by an examiner to a B-scan image of a corner angle region in a plurality of angle meridians passing the acquired corneal apex, calculates a plurality of AODs in each set point, sets an average value thereof as a value of the AOD, calculates a plurality of TISAs from the plurality of AODs in each point, and displays an average value thereof on a monitor or the like as a value of the TISA.
