PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye drop for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis, which improves the adherence of medication, for example, reduces the number of eye drops, and enables eye drops while wearing a soft contact lens. SOLUTION: This is an eye drop for treating allergic conjunctivitis, which contains epinastine or a salt thereof at a concentration of 0.1% (w/v) as an active ingredient and does not contain benzalkonium chloride.
