The present document describes a human breast immobilization device for use during a radiotherapy treatment, which is shaped to enclose a human upper body and comprises a first breast holding cup, shaped for positioning a first breast of a patient for a radiotherapy beam, while minimizing unwanted radiotherapy to healthy tissue and a second breast holding cup, shaped for displacing a second breast of a patient out of a radiotherapy treatment field, for avoiding said radiotherapy beam on healthy tissue of said second breast.La présente invention concerne un dispositif dimmobilisation dun sein humain destiné à être utilisé durant un traitement par radiothérapie, ledit dispositif ayant une forme lui permettant denvelopper le haut du corps dun humain et comprend une première cupule de maintien du sein, formée pour recevoir un premier sein dune patiente pour lirradiation par un faisceau de radiothérapie tout en minimisant la radiothérapie non souhaitée sur un tissu sain et une seconde cupule de maintien du sein, formée pour écarter le second sein dune patiente dun champ de traitement radiothérapeutique et éviter que ledit faisceau de radiothérapie nirradie le tissu sain dudit second sein.
