To provide an optimal prosthesis tailored to an individual and a utilization method.SOLUTION: The prosthesis tailored to an individual for implanting in a treatment site of a patient, includes a self-expandable mesh or film having collapsed and expanded configurations. The collapsed configuration is adapted to deliver to a treatment site, and the expanded configuration engages the prosthesis that is tailored to the individual, with the treatment site. The mesh or film, in the expanded configuration, is tailored to the individual so as to be located at the treatment site, and has an external surface substantially matching the shape and size of the treatment site. The self-expansion mesh or film forms a central lumen configured to allow blood or other body fluids to pass therethrough.
