PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertebra fixing plate device that can bridge and surely fix multiple spinous processes along a curve shape of vertebral spinous processes, according to a degree of deformity and/or curve of the vertebra.SOLUTION: A device fixes spinous processes by: screwing paired plates 2 and 3 having multiple apertures 4 with a bolt 7 to be inserted into at least two apertures 4 and with a nut 8 for fitting the bolt 7 and fixing the plates 2 and 3 on right and left sides of the vertebral spinous processes so as to face each other. The paired plates 2 and 3 respectively have multiple mountain parts 5 with acute-angled tops and flat valley parts 6 that are formed alternately on their sides facing the vertebral spinous processes, form a shape curving in a longitudinal direction and are formed in an approximately arc shape in plane view.
