PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction beak tube with a surgical coagulation function in which hemostasis coagulation can be made while efficiently drying a wet hemostasis target tissue using blood and moisture being generally difficult in electro-coagulation, and also both of suction performance and coagulation performance are superior.SOLUTION: A suction beak tube has a hollow hole 12p, and is provided with an electrode 16 in an end of a tubular tube member 12 where an outer circumferential surface 12s is coated with an insulating material 13. The electrode 16 has a distal surface 16p separated from the insulating material 13 in a direction of a center line 12x of the tube member 12, and an outer circumferential surface 16q extending between the distal surface 16p and the insulating material 13. A suction hole 17 in communication with the hollow hole 12p of the tube member 12 is formed in the electrode 16, and the outer circumferential surface 16q has an opening 18 in communication with the suction hole 17. The distal surface 16p is formed such that the distal surface 16p completely covers the hollow hole 12p of the tube member 12 when viewed toward the insulating material in the direction of the center line 12x of the tube member 12.
