The disclosed openable insect capturing device according to the present invention comprises: a body part which is installed at a streetlight, and has a capture port into which insects are enticed and a controller which interconnects the opening or closing of the capture port with lighting or turning on or off of the streetlight. Here, the controller includes a sub-power part which independently supplies electric power to the streetlight so as to close the capture port when the streetlight is turned off.
