The present invention relates to an intravascular apparatus for thrombus removal and blood flow restoration which facilitates the attachment of a thrombus by forming protrusions (10) on the body (20) of a stent (100) which is the intravascular apparatus for thrombus removal and blood flow restoration. By forming fine protrusions on the surface of a stent structure and facilitating the attachment of a thrombus to the stent the present invention can significantly minimize the probability of thrombus deviation which may occur while the intravascular apparatus for thrombus removal is moved out of a body.
