PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraction object for beverage/food, having a particular action derived from a root-fastened loquat tea.SOLUTION: A method for producing the fraction object comprises a process for obtaining an extract by subjecting a root-fastened loquat tea to hydrothermal extraction or organic solvent extraction and a process for obtaining the fraction object which has at least one action selected from the group consisting of hyperglycemia dropping action, antioxidant action, cancer cell proliferation inhibition action, cancer cell apoptosis induction action and active oxygen species production action and is obtained by devoting a hydrothermal extraction product to column chromatography and by extraction by using a solvent selected from the group consisting of ethanol, water, acetone, methanol, and a combination thereof or a process for obtaining the fraction object which has antioxidant action and is obtained by devoting an organic solvent extraction product to column chromatography and by extraction by using a solvent selected from the group consisting of water, methanol, acetone, and a combination thereof.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】ねじめびわ茶由来の特定の作用を有する飲食品用分画物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ねじめびわ茶を熱水抽出又は有機溶媒抽出に供し、抽出物を得て、次いで、該熱水抽出物をカラムクロマトグラフィーに供し、エタノール、水、アセトン若しくはメタノール又はこれらの組合せから成る溶媒を用いた抽出により高血糖降下作用、抗酸化作用、癌細胞増殖抑制作用、癌細胞アポトーシス誘導作用及び活性酸素種産生作用から成る群から選択される1以上の作用を有する分画物を得るか、又は該有機溶媒抽出物をカラムクロマトグラフィーに供し、水、メタノール若しくはアセトン又はこれらの組合せから成る溶媒を用いた抽出により抗酸化作用を有する分画物を得る。【選択図】なし
