PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely change the combination of components in accordance with a use scene of a biological information monitor.SOLUTION: A biological information monitor includes: a display device 300 a base unit 400 having a first power supply section and a carrier configured so as to be attachable/detachable to/from the display device 300 and the base unit 400, and portable together with the display device 300 by separating from the base unit 400 when the display device 300 is mounted. The carrier includes: a second power supply section a transmission processing part 110 for relaying the biological information data of a patient received from the outside into the display device 300 when the display device 300 is mounted on the carrier and power source control parts 111, 205, 307 and 411 for selecting a drive power supply section for displaying the biological information data on the display device 300 by driving the display device 300 mounted on the carrier, from the first power supply section and the second power supply section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
