The floating apparatus having a propeller which is operated by the power of the engine in the livestock farming machinery in use and which reduces the load of the livestock farming machinery by floating the livestock farming machinery so that the user can conveniently use the livestock farming machinery, and comprises: the engine generating the power； a body having the engine, and carried on the back of the user； the propeller installed at the bottom of the body, and propelling the body upwards by blowing wind downwards； a propeller mounting part having the propeller by being integrally installed at the bottom of the body； and a power transmitting unit transmitting the power of the engine to the propeller.
