PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body blood vessel status measuring instrument allowing a part of a living body to be shifted to an ischemia state as rapidly as possible.SOLUTION: A vascular endothelial function inspecting apparatus 10 for measuring the status of a blood vessel 36 after hyperemia from an ischemia state, based on the reflection signal of ultrasonic wave with respect to the partial blood vessel 36 in the upper limb 30 of a subject 12 includes: a pressurizer 24 for pressurizing a region in the downstream of a measurement part P in order to block the blood stream of the blood vessel 36 in the measurement part P and a load imposer 104 to be used for imposing an exercise load on a region on a peripheral side from the measurement part P in the upper limb 30 during the pressurization by the pressurizer 24.
