According to the present invention, the apparatus for blister-packing of medicine comprises: a medicine supply unit having a hopper to guide medicine discharged from a medicine cassette to gather and be sequentially discharged a blister sheet supply unit to supply a blister sheet with a plurality of blister grooves a medicine charging unit to receive the blister sheet from the blister sheet supply unit and to fill the plurality of blister grooves with the medicine discharged from the hopper a cover supply unit to supply a cover and a cover attachment unit to attach the cover supplied from the cover supply unit to the blister sheet to seal the plurality of blister grooves open and filled with the medicine. The medicine charging unit has a first blister sheet jig on which the blister sheet filled with the medicine is settled. The cover attachment unit has a second blister sheet jig on which the blister sheet with the plurality of blister grooves filled with the medicine is settled. The first blister sheet jig and the second blister sheet jig may be replaced with other types to fit a type of a blister sheet.
