PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejaculation promotion device which allows a user to provide the penis with a variety of stimuli while suppressing provision of a feeling of pressure in the penis when the ejaculation promotion device is used, and which can be easily washed and therefore is very sanitary.SOLUTION: In an ejaculation promotion device 1, both ends of an exterior case 2 are opened, openings 21 which are to be opened can be opened/closed with lid bodies 3, and an insertion part 52 formed in the inside of an interior member 5 penetrates through the inside. This allows a user to control a feeling of pressure in the penis in using the ejaculation promotion device by adjusting the degree of opening/closing of a lid body 3b in which the penis is not inserted and to prevent the penis from being provided with an excessive feeling of pressure. In addition, a variety of stimuli can be provided to the penis by adjusting the degree of opening/closing of the lid body 3b and therefore the usability is excellent, which allows a user to efficiently promote ejaculation and to efficiently collect sperms (semen).
