PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosynthesis-accelerating device having a simple structure and requiring no electric expenses. SOLUTION: The photosynthesis-accelerating device (3) includes a base material (4) having conductivity, piezoelectric powder (6) which is applied onto the base material (4) and having piezoelectricity. Resulted from causing charge due to the piezoelectric powder onto the base material by influence from wind or vibration of the ground, and transmitting electric signal due to the charge via the base material to the underground, the photosynthesis-accelerating device accelerates photosynthesis of plants planted in the ground, promotes the growth of the plants, has a simple mechanism and requires no electric expenses.
