The multispectral coaxial non-mydriasis fundus camera using illumination sources of near-infrared rays and visible light of the present invention comprises: an illumination unit (10) configured to emit light; a diffusion lens (20) configured to diffuse the light introduced from the illumination unit (10); an illumination lens (30) configured to emit the light introduced from the diffusion lens (20) at a predetermined emitting angle; a mirror (40) configured to reflect the light introduced from the illumination lens (30); a polarized beam splitter (50) configured to transmit P-polarized light and reflect S-polarized light, from the light introduced from the mirror (40); an objective lens (60) configured to lighten a fundus with the light introduced from the polarized beam splitter (50) and enlarge an image of the fundus that is returned; a near distance ocular lens (70) configured to reduce or enlarge the image of the fundus enlarged by the objective lens (60); and an image pickup device (100) configured to obtain an optogram using the image of the fundus from the neaer distance ocular lens (70). The illumination unit (10) comprises: an illumination source of near-infrared rays (11) capable of emitting near-infrared rays; an illumination source of visible light (12) capable of emitting visible light; and a non-polarized beam splitter (13) configured to allow the near-infrared rays emitted from the illumination source of near-infrared rays (11) and the visible light emitted from the illumination source of visible light (12) to be coaxially emitted.
