A method of constructing an EP map is provided. The method comprises obtaining a first surface model of an anatomic structure, the first model comprising an alpha shell of a cloud of location data points. The method further comprises obtaining a second surface model of the structure, the second surface model comprising an alpha shell of a cloud of measurement points. The method further comprises processing the first and second models to identify, for at least one of the location data points, a point on the second surface model that is closest in distance to the location data point, wherein said identified point has a value of said EP parameter associated therewith. The method still further comprises assigning a visual indicator to the location data point based on the EP parameter value associated with the identified point and in accordance with a visualization scheme corresponding to the EP parameter.L'invention concerne un procédé de construction d'une carte EP. Le procédé comprend l'obtention d'un premier modèle de surface d'une structure anatomique, le premier modèle comprenant une enveloppe alpha d'un nuage de points de données de localisation. Le procédé comprend en outre l'obtention d'un deuxième modèle de surface de la structure, le deuxième modèle de surface comprenant une enveloppe alpha d'un nuage de points de mesure. Le procédé comprend en outre le traitement du premier et du deuxième modèle en vue d'identifier, pour au moins un des points de données de localisation, un point sur le deuxième modèle de surface qui se trouve à la distance la plus proche du point de données de localisation, ledit point identifié présentant une valeur dudit paramètre EP associé à celui-ci. Le procédé comprend encore en outre l'attribution d'un indicateur visuel au point de données de localisation sur base de la valeur du paramètre EP associé au point identifié et conformément au schéma de visualisation correspondant au paramètre EP.
