Compounds that can modulate or preserve the integrity of vascular endothelium for use in the prevention or treatment of acute traumatic coagulopathy and resuscitated cardiac arrest
The present invention relates to novel uses of compounds that protect the endothelium, particularly prostacyclin and variants and derivatives thereof in the treatment or prevention of acute traumatic coagulopathy (ATC) and of patients resuscitating from cardiac arrest. The invention also relates to a method of identifying individuals at risk of developing ATC.本件発明は、血管内皮を保護する化合物、特にプロスタサイクリンおよびそのバリアント及び誘導体の、急性外傷性凝固障害(ATC)及び心停止から蘇生する患者の処置又は予防における新規な用途に関する。本件発明は、ATCを発症するリスクがある個体を同定するための方法に関する。
