PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage composition which can be expected to have various physiologically active effects.SOLUTION: A beverage composition contains rice oil and fine silicon dioxide particles dispersed in the rice oil. It is preferable to contain the rice oil in an amount of 85.0-99.5 mass% and the fine silicon dioxide particles in an amount of 0.05-10 mass%. Furthermore, it is preferable to contain sodium chloride in an amount of 0.01-5 mass%.
