PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intermittently spray fertilizer by a walking type additional fertilization machine.SOLUTION: An additional fertilization machine 10 comprises a frame 1, a wheel 3 for supporting the frame 1 through an axle 2, and a handle 9 mounted to the axle 2. The frame 1 comprises a spade plate 7 provided in front of the wheel 3, a soil covering plate 8 provided behind the wheel 3, a fertilizer container 5 provided in an upper part of the wheel 3, and a fertilizer supply path 6 from the fertilizer container 5 to the direct top of a ground contact surface 3a of the wheel 3. Multiple recesses 3b are formed in the wheel 3 along the ground contact surface 3a.
