The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating rheumatoid arthritis, comprising, as an active ingredient, a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence having SEQ ID NO: 1. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention has an advantageous effect of inhibiting the generation and activation of osteoclasts, as well as inhibiting the differentiation and activation of Th17 cells and TFH cells, which are important in the etiological process of rheumatoid arthritis, and is thus expected to be applicable to the fundamental treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement de l'arthrite rhumatoïde, comprenant, en tant que principe actif, un peptide constitué d'une séquence d'acides aminés comprenant SEQ ID NO: 1. La composition pharmaceutique selon la présente invention possède l'avantage d'inhiber la production et l'activation d'ostéoclastes, ainsi que la différentiation et l'activation de cellules Th17 et TFH, qui sont importantes dans le processus étiologique de l'arthrite rhumatoïde. Ladite composition peut donc être appliquée au traitement fondamental de l'arthrite rhumatoïde.본 발명은 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 류마티스 관절염 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 약학적 조성물은 류마티스 관절염 병인과정에서 중요한 Th17 세포 및 TFH 세포 분화 및 활성화 저해와 더불어, 파골세포의 생성 및 활성화를 저해하는 효과를 가지는바, 류마티스 관절염의 근본적인 치료에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
