PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of appropriately photographing a vitreous body structure of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: an interference part for generating interference light between a return light when measurement light obtained by dividing light from a light source is irradiated onto an eye to be examined, and reference light obtained by dividing the light from the light source； an optical path length difference control part for controlling an optical path length difference between the measurement light and the reference light； a focusing position control part for controlling a focusing position of the measurement light； a light detection part for detecting the interference light； an acquisition part for acquiring tomographic information on the eye to be examined using the information on the interference light detected by the light detection part； and a vitreous body structure detection part for detecting a vitreous body structure of the eye to be examined using the tomographic information on the eye to be examined acquired by the acquisition part after controlling at least one of the optical path length difference and the focusing position by at least one of the optical path length difference control part and the focusing position control part.
