Provided is an ultrasonic probe which includes a housing, a head part which is contracted and expanded and is formed in the housing, an array which includes one or more transducers in the housing, a rotating unit which is formed on the rear side of the array and rotates the array, a pressing unit which expands the head part by applying the pressure to the head part, and a control unit which expands the head part by enabling the array to control the pressing unit if the head part is inserted into a subject and controls the rotating unit to rotate the array on the expanded head part.
